InboxGone is an independent product built and operated from Portugal for people who want less inbox clutter without surrendering control.

Why InboxGone exists

Email accumulates quietly for years. Finding the right messages, checking them safely and processing a large cleanup can become a project of its own. InboxGone turns that work into clear recommendations, real-message previews and protected background cleanups.

You decide what changes

InboxGone does not decide what you should delete. It identifies candidates using understandable signals such as age, sender, size and Gmail category. You review the matches, choose the action and confirm before anything changes. Starred and Important messages are protected by default.

Built for trust

The service connects through Google OAuth and the official Gmail API. InboxGone never asks for or stores your Google password. Access is scoped to visible product features, and you can revoke it from your Google Account at any time. Payments, when enabled, are processed securely by Stripe.

InboxGone is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC. Microsoft 365 and Outlook support is planned but is not currently available.
