InboxGone supports Gmail, personal Hotmail and Outlook, Microsoft 365 mailboxes, Google Drive and OneDrive. Each service has its own connection and permissions. Microsoft mailbox support is in beta; organizational access can depend on your administrator.

Browse My Drive folders, switch between list and thumbnails, preview photos, select multiple files and search a folder or all of My Drive. Combine file type, size, modification date, sharing and starred filters. Load more results when another page is available. Shared Drives and Google Photos are separate and are not included.

Connect a personal or work Microsoft account, browse folders, preview photos and search within a folder and its subfolders. Filter loaded items by type, size, extension or date, including quick 30 and 90 day ranges. Select 500 loads additional pages when available; Add next 500 keeps your existing selection. Counts refer to the current folder or search, not your whole account. The interactive OneDrive guide walks you through navigation, filters, photo previews, selection and recovery. OneDrive is available in preview; organization policies may restrict access.

Enable file write access separately, select files or folders and confirm Move to recycle bin. A folder move affects its contents. Once queued, OneDrive cleanup continues in the background. History shows each job, progress and cancellation of remaining items. History records InboxGone cleanup requests for the connected account; it does not import actions performed directly in OneDrive. Use Open recycle bin to restore in OneDrive. In-app Undo and automatic tracking of those restorations are not available. Recovery depends on Microsoft or organization retention rules.

OneDrive marks Apps as a special folder used by applications. InboxGone protects special folders, the drive root and other protected items from cleanup. Microsoft may also block ordinary folders containing files, especially in work accounts with retention policies. Manage blocked folders directly in OneDrive; organization restrictions still apply.

Refresh the folder where the file was restored. Microsoft’s search index may update later than the folder listing, so a restored file can be visible in its folder before it appears in search. Search can also match document content, not just file names.

Yahoo Mail is coming soon. OneDrive is already available in preview with folder browsing, photo previews, filters and background cleanup.

The selection total adds file sizes and excludes folder contents to avoid double counting. It is an estimate, not guaranteed savings: recycle-bin items, versions and retention can still occupy space. Google and OneDrive storage cards show provider-reported usage when permissions allow it. Outlook mailbox capacity is not available with the current permissions; use the link to Microsoft storage settings.

Yes. Enable Drive cleanup, select files you own and confirm Move to Trash. Folders are supported, including their contents. Items you cannot trash are excluded. Restore files through Google Drive Trash while they remain available under Google's retention rules. InboxGone does not permanently delete Drive files.

Select a file and choose Open in Drive to use Google's document viewer. Word, Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets remain in your own account. Photo previews are available directly in the Explorer after enabling read-only photo access.

Connect Hotmail, Outlook or Microsoft 365 to preview Inbox and Junk messages. Enable write access separately, select messages and confirm moving them to Deleted Items. Restoration depends on message availability and Microsoft or organizational retention policies. Microsoft features differ from Gmail's filters and label-based cleanup.

Google and Microsoft handle sign-in directly. InboxGone never asks for your account password. Read permissions support previews; Gmail and Microsoft write access is requested for cleanup. Drive starts with metadata access, adds read-only content access for photos and requests broader Drive access only when you enable cleanup. OneDrive requests file read access for browsing and photos, then separate file write access for cleanup.

Gmail cleanup moves messages to Trash or removes the Inbox label, according to your chosen action. Microsoft cleanup moves selected messages to Deleted Items. Provider retention rules still apply, so review every selection and keep independent copies of essential data.

Yes. Submitted email cleanup jobs continue in the background. Return to History to review progress and available restoration actions. Google Drive moves run from the open Explorer: keep that tab open until the result appears. OneDrive cleanup jobs continue in the background after submission.

Gmail History can restore recorded labels while the messages and labels still exist. Microsoft restoration depends on the messages remaining available. For Google Drive, use Drive history to restore operations recorded by InboxGone, or restore from Google Drive Trash. For OneDrive, History links to the native recycle bin; there is no in-app Undo. These features are not permanent backups.

No. Authorized mailbox and Drive data is used to provide the features you request, not for advertising, sale or general-purpose AI training. See our Privacy Policy for details about processing, retention and service providers.

Revoke InboxGone's access in your Google or Microsoft account settings. Your organization may also control Microsoft permissions. Disconnecting can prevent pending actions or restoration from completing.

Live payments are not active yet. Where Stripe test checkout is available, it is clearly labelled and collects no real money. The proposed Inbox Care prices are €3.99 per month or €29 per year. Final subscription details will be shown before live checkout launches.
